Poor!!! Restaurant declined my order and hungry house took my money!!!

So after numerous calls, which after a while could not get through. Online live chat doesnt not connect and no email responses. Hungry house has taken my money, with no confirmation or order or decline of order email!!! I have contacted my bank and will file fraud if they do not contact me asap!!!
