It turns out Transair use Parcelforce. Unlike many other delivery companies, they aren't very accomodating, don't turn up on the day their notification says they will, won't leave the parcel in a secure place and then make you trek 20 miles to collect it - and then it took them 30 minutes to serve us and find the parcel. Transair should think about which delivery company they use as many of them are very good these days
