The Whisky Exchange

Terrible customer service.

I missed a bottle from my order. I couldn't find a way of emailing the whiskey exchange, apart from using the website, so I did that to inform them of my order.

Neither did I get my bottle sent through, NOR DID I EVEN GET A RESPONSE. This is terrible customer service, and I feel that I have been robbed. I will never use this company again.
