We were welcomed to wrens showroom and left to browse. they then answered all our questions and we left with a brochure.
The second visit we asked for our kitchen to be designed and Clair visited us at home at the correct time measured up and discussed what we wanted went away and designed for us.
The third visit was back at the showroom at our request that way we could phisically see examples of any suggestions made. much better than a broshure.
we tweaked the design over a coffee or two and placed the order.
the fitter chris, called us next to go through the design with us and discuss any extra work we required. we paid him direct for the extras (after completion but he gave good working estimates) gas /electrics/tiling/plumbing. we could have included and supplied our own floor but we had already chosen a wren one so supply and fitting was already in the wren price.
everthing went to timetable but we were without a kitchen for a week. ie a working sink. we then had a partial move back in but tiling and finishing off took a further 3 days work.
They were always couteous and we never felt rushed or pressurized and pros and cons of choices were made clear. All decisions were our own.
We were pleased to see the back or the fitters in the nicest possible way. they worked log hours and did a good job.
Wren were in frequent contact throughout the process.
and we got two free pan stands with the wren logo !
We are both very pleased with the result
We can both reccomend a wren kitchen.
