Purchased flowers from 1am the day before and suppose to be delivered by the next day which is more than enough time and guarantee by them for next day delivery.
After purchased and paid, wait until next day end of the day still nothing, send them email asked about my confirmation and tracking number, got very vague answer instead and they told me that they send me something email from blahhblahhh other account, what ever and did not give what i ask for which is tracking number.
Log in my account of their website to check my order and its just blank, there nothing that i could see or check not even my order which was just made yesterday.
Totally ridiculous terrible poor service, will never buy from them again.
Very poor, bad shocking, unacceptable, unprofessional, deceptive, irresponsible, deceive.
I didnt get ani mail notice or confirmation of delivery, got home got calling card, book redelivery only 1st time, they didnt come back after redelivery booked, and i check again, it show on thier web that Item delay, that i refused my item n it will be sent back to sender. Omg, what a total liar shocking crazy they are, they didnt even come to delivery or left me any notice card but just do whatever they want. And i can not book redelivery again, as it shows on thier web delay at delivery depot still.
Decided to send them email, but after 3 days with emails, no response back either.
Pls, never use this company again, i never experince anything so shocking, wasting time, unreliable, so deceptive like this.
