I ordered an Outback BBQ early on in the season (just in time for the snow)! The whole buying experience. from placing the order to delivery was very professional and effecient.
However, upon putting the BBQ together, I have found a part of it slightly damaged (I believe that this has happened in transit). Due to the item having a suppliers note with it saying that they do not do exchanges only full refunds (and having srewed the whole thing together now) I have not pursued the matter further yet.
