UPDATES It is now the week when the order should be delivered...I look forward to see what happens.
I placed the order on 28 Aug 2012, delivery time in the terms and conditions is up to 18 weeks + up to 4 weeks extra in exceptional situations. In other words an acceptable delivery should have taken place by the beginning of February 2013.
After my initial posting I did receive a phone call from Valerie who explained the issues. She also confirmed that the delivery will happen this week and that there are no further changes in the dates.
I don't believe before I see the table delivered.
I've ordered a coffee table in Aug 2012 which, now after 7 months, has not been delivered. The delivery time in terms and conditions is up to 18 weeks, in other words I should have received the table several weeks, if not months ago. The delivery has been postponed several times now and is currently at the end of April. Needless to say but the 351 Euros were debited from my card very rapidly.
Honestly I don't believe I will ever receive the table, nor do I believe, based on what I can read on this site, that I would get reimboursed.
Surprisingly the customer service did answer my mails earlier, however now they don't even answer my mails, not to mention answer my calls.
So I advise no one to order from this company. You will just lose your money, be extremely unsatisfied and lose your time contacting the customer service. If the customer service would now contact me I would not believe whatever their explanation this time is: in fact by reading the feedback on this page, I can see that the company has give the same phony explanations to the other persons as why the deliveries are late.
