Tyres On The


Called this company after I got stuck with a flat tyre at work. Told me they would be with me 5.30ish. Waited on the road from 5.20 to 6.00 (absolutely freezing day) - eventually called them back to be told that technician never got the message in the first place & wouldn't be able to help today.
In fairness the guy I spoke to was very polite & apologetic but service pretty hopeless in my opinion

Dear Mr Walsh, Thank you for taking the time to feedback. We take customer service extremely seriously and I have investigated this situation this morning. I can see that we have let you down in this instance and I can only apologise. Technology had let us down and the technician didn't receive the job. I have asked the call centre team to follow up all same day bookings from now on. I am sincerely sorry your experience of Tyres on the Drive has not been positive.
