Communication improvement required

Ordered a barbeque for next day delivery, that the website showed was in stock. Arranged to work from home the next day, to take delivery. However, no goods delivered, as the item was not in stock. Called them to query. The lady was very politevand apologetic. Was told that, when the item came back into stock, they would call me, to schedule delivery for a convenient date. However, simply received an email one day, telling me that the goods had been dispatched, for delivery the next day, without the promised prior notice. This caused more inconvenience.
In summary....good price, poor communication.
