Send me the wrong product - I had to carry the consequences

After spending long time on their page I found a stem for my bike that was on offer. I bought it together with a range of other stuff and got free freight.

Unfortunately they send me the wrong product which I returned. Even though they had the offered product in stock the refused to reserve it for me while waiting for my return package. When they received my return the stem on offer was sold out. When I asked if they would give me free freight if I ordered a different product - they would not. Not forthcoming or helpful in any way.
They made a mistake and I had to carry the consequences

After writing this entry in trustpilot Wiggles customer support contacted me. they offered me the new version of the stem for the same price as the older model I originally ordered and shipped it to me for free with express. Very nice!

While customer support treated me very nice after I wrote a review here - I still wasted a lot of time with this process. Reasonable support should be there as standard for everybody, not only for people who go public and complain.

I did however upgrade the rating from original 2 stars to 3 stars due to the nice treatment second time around
