I have used Interparcel several times now without problem. Recently I sent a parcel to China. All the tracking shows is that the receiver refused the parcel but the receiver claims it was stopped at customs. Whichever, I guess I will never know. This lead to a troublesome time in trying to get the parcel returned to me but Interparcel and in particular Becky Blythe were superb. I think Becky must have got fed up of hearing from me but I was genuinely concerned as my parcel was showing as abandoned at customs and I feared it would be simply disposed of. Becky did an outstanding job in organising the return of the parcel.
Great service and brilliant to deal with a customer services department who do care about their customers and do their utmost when things do not quite go to plan. I will certainly be using Interparcel in the future

I sent an Ipad Mini for an outer screen replacement and cannot praise Mendmyi enough for the service provided. I was kept informed as to when the Ipad was received by them and also at each stage of the repairing and testing process. Before shipping it back I received a call from Mendmyi to confirm that it was being shipped that day and to confirm the address. Tracking numbers were received along with a link to the engineers report.
All in all in my opinion Mendmyi have provided me with a service that goes way beyond how you expect to be treated in this day and age.
Very pleasant guys (and girls maybe !!), A second to none service and a very happy customer.
