I tried at length to pay online for my booking and gave up and used the phone number instead. The operator was very helpful and admitted there was a problem with the secure pay facility. It would have been helpful for there to be an alert on the website - I nearly booked with someone else. I only persisted because it was so much easier on your site to get what I actually wanted. I wanted a triple room which came up as a routine option which made everything quicker and less frustrating.
