Terrible customer service experience

I ordered an item with the Christmas delivery promise in place, after two days I received a message in my email displaying the billing address as the delivery address, so my items are going to the wrong place. I phoned the call centre to ask them to rectify the order, they didn't care and didn't want to help.


Third time they missed off goods,fed up never again!

I am a regular shopper of many years in the store, I have made a decision to never shop at Sainsbury again. For the 3rd time in 5 shops the order was delivered incorrectly. On the latest occasion items were missed off the shop. After calling customer care who were rude, they refused to re-deliver the missing items offering an e-coupon.

I informed them that I will never shop at Sainsbury again and asked for a refund on my card, they left me hanging on the phone for 15 minutes on purpose while putting me through to the refund team, never again!,,,my weekly shop is £170 and this is now going [external reference]'s way......

Tiny Tots Direct

Ordered the item, received a confirmation, but received no shipping confirmation or any communication concerning delivery or tracking.

Visited the Tiny Tots Direct website to buy a baby food processor and steamer. Found a device that matched our criteria and also compared well from a price comparison perspective.

We made an order based on the fact that the company had positive reviews rather than being the cheapest, so expected good customer service.

Unfortunately we have received no communication regarding shipping, we spoke to a person who had no idea where our order was, and then said they needed to call the warehouse, they took our details and promised to call back with the information regrading our delivery and shipping.

We have tried calling the company back 4 times and reached the answer phone on each occasion, no one ever called us back.

Still awaiting some clarity on my order.......
