Shoetique quote a next day delivery service (for orders taken before 4pm) and so that is what I expected. The goods did not arrive the day after the dispatch notification. The tracking links in the Shoetique email failed both on their own web site and on Royal Mail's, and customer service initially did not know why there was a problem. They did however call me back quite quickly with an update. My issue is not that there was a delay but that I was not informed of the situation. An email to make me aware of the delay was all that was required to prevent me from wasting time and energy trying to track down my purchase – hence only 3 stars.
