I had an extremely distasteful first-time experience with VIAGOGO when buying e-tickets for a concert. Despite choosing e-tickets and paying, the e-tickets were not available. This was not clearly stated before the transaction. Their client service refused to cancel the transaction. I was told to resell the e-tickets, even though I had not received them. With "small fees'" of course. This is a sham. Fees paid to VIAGOGO for buying and reselling e-tickets without received the tickets at all! This is misleading, unclear, a rip-off and completely customer-unfriendly. Nice way to treat a first-time customer... which speaks volumes. VIANOGO.
I spoke to American Express who told me to BEWARE and to rely only on reputable establishments such as FNAC.
