Cashback Redemption - Awful

I have had major problems with this company getting Cashback redemptions. They have now missed out on three payments, all of which I submitted in time, all of which they have said they would pay - none of which they have. The propblems arose when I submitted my bill from Orange. There are two phone numbers on the bill only one of which is related to this Cashback scheme. I told them which number it was, I pointed out that there were two on the bill, I told them at which page on the bill the number I was claiming for started. They wrote back saying that I was claiming for the wrong number. I checked and I wasn't. I rang them; they checked and agreed. But they never sent the cheque. I called them again and gain they agreed that they were wrong, they also said that my next Cashback was due and that if I sent that in they would handle both together and make sure I was paid. They didn't.
I am now out of pocket by quite a lot of money and in my view they have broken the law and the terms of the contract.
I will never use these people again for Cashback on a contract and recommend that you do not either.


Used most networks - Vodafone best

I have used most mobile providers in the UK and several abroad. In my expereince Vodafone is the most reliable for signal and stability. O2 or Orange come second though I think some way behond Vodafone. I do not have to consider cost so have based the review purely on service.

Good prices but communication needs to improve

Bought a camera and card from this supplier. The price was good and the items showed as in stock. After 10 days I had nothing but an intial acknowledgement of the sale. I rang their customer service number and was told they would eMail me that day with an explanation of what the delay was. They emailed the day after that to say the items were being despatched. The camera arrived the following day but no card was sent. (the delivery note onbly included the camera). They sent me a further email a day later after an enquiry into the card to say that had just been despatched. Customer Services worked after my intial query but they would do better to be more proactive in letting peoiple know the status of their order.
