Package came next day even with standard delivery and this has been the case every time, (maybe lucky) but has been different addresses as well. Good reliable tracking system, which is a good bonus. As for calling staff can't comment as never needed to. Would recommend.
Very poor service! Approaching day 14 with no goods. After emailing them for the fourth time there is no real response to why I haven't received anything. I get told ' you will be updated in 24-48hrs' and nothing. Secondly my mp points have never been updated after two requests, again same response 'within 5 working days' and nothing. With this company you have to do all the chasing and don't expect any real answer when your order goes wrong. So approaching week two without powder or supplements for training, I have ended up going to the shop to make sure I have some in. Overall I would recommend to avoid if you want a speedy, hassle free order.
