I had an absolute nightmare trying to get the delivery I wanted. I was emailed at 12.00 on the day of my booked delivery to tell me that my delivery wouldn't be coming, and they had changed it to another day. Needless to say, this was not acceptable. Sunday was my last day off, and my younger sister had to cancel her plans to be in to accept the delivery. The description of my Saturday delivery charge being refunded as an apology was insulting. I considered it a refund due to not receiving the service I'd paid for, the same as being refunded for a dress you didn't have in stock, for example. Even my multiple attempts to complain via email, website and twitter were ignored. I don't expect anything better from this, but rest assured, the only reason I haven't sought a refund is because I can't stand the though of what a stressful returns process you must provide. This is not to mention the trouble I had trying to change my delivery option out of choice, which all other online shopping services seem to make a breeze.
