Simply awful.

I ordered from you for the first time as I loved a pair of boots on your website so I paid out £40.99 and waited for my boots to come the next day which they did (quite surprising seeing as DX are the worst delivery company going). I then opened the box to find the shoes in the box were absolutely nothing like the shoes I order they were for a wedding the next day and the hideous shoes you sent me were not suitable for a wedding at all... So I emailed your company waiting years for a reply (which I still haven't had to this day) so I took to Facebook and wrote on your page to then be told the shoes I had actually ordered were out of stock... Boring!! By this stage I was so fed up I just sent the shoes back to yourselves and will never order from you again! P.s when you email your customer services to tell them the problem/complaint they email back and do not even address the complaint just say 'I'm sorry' which isn't good enough there's lots of people on your Facebook page who say they have received the wrong stuff... You must be doing something wrong because surely it's not hard to match an item with what's on the order confirmation.. Well in your case it is!
