I emailed the customer services at easiwellies asking if they could delay dispatch as after the payment went through it gave the delivery estimate. They didnt bother replying AT ALL. They didnt change the dispatch either and the postman just left the package on my doorstep for anyone to take. Wouldnt use this company again.
exactly half of the discs skipped. The range isnt great-I like the tv stuff-it looks like a lot but its mostly the first/early seasons. When I tried to cancel I found I couldnt do so online and called them. He asked me a ridiculous amount of questions,then not asking me,said he would put me on a cheaper package, so i said i wanted to cancel again. then again he said, ok I will put you on a payment holiday. Then he tried to con me into having it for another month. I had to shout at him to get the cancellation. Might have gone back to them if theyd got more titles. NEVER would now.
