Terrible customer service

Still waiting for a refund nearly 3 weeks after mistakenly ordering same product twice. Pushy website which constantly demands reviews/product reviews and God knows what else (before you've even received it) but hangs when you're trying to complete order and which hangs on to your £. Customer service hard to get through on phone. Now I see why. Will not be using again.

Contrast with Victoriaplumbing - different company even though name is similar, could not be more marked.

Overall good, would use again but error in delivery

I'd ordered two items, a bathroom cupboard and mixer basin tap. The UPS delivery was prompt, and for once, early. But. The wrong tap had been sent. The early delivery thus turned into a wait till UPS could come back to take back the wrong product. The right one was promised for the next day (another day off work). No item materialised so a third day would have been required. As I could wait no longer, I requested this be cancelled and the item refunded. VP were helpful and have refunded without complaint. (A new tap was sourced and delivered from a different company). It's a shame a careless mistake became a bit of a palaver but VP were fine to deal with.
The only problem with the cupboard purchased is it has no drill holes for the handle to the lower door compartment (but does for the drawer). It is good quality and easy to clean but not the best value because of this problem. The door can just about be opened without a handle, but it's not ideal. Drilling holes would probably ruin it. I would use VP again but if there were further problems with deliveries/product, I might stick with local DIY shops.
