I received a batch of cartridges with faulty chips on them. As we all know, it's very inconvenient to have no printer when we're so used to having all this technology at our fingertips.
I emailed Cartridgepeople and they were extremely helpful. I emailed them to update them with my progress frequently and each time I got an almost immediate reply.
The faulty cartridges were replaced quickly and the returns were free of charge (prepaid label sent with new cartridges).
The cartridges were spread over two orders and even though I'd only quoted the latest order no. when I realised older cartridges were also faulty, the previous order no. was picked up without me having to trace it.
