Ordered a Sealey Sack Truck which came the very next day, excellent I thought. Unfortunately the quality of the item was not acceptable. Had no trouble at all returning my order and obtaining a replacement product (that came the next day). Unfortunately once again the product quality (Sealey) was not good so this time returned for a refund. Once again this was processed without any difficulty whatsoever. My only moan is that I would have like FFX to check the quality of the item before shipping to me as the second item had exactly the same faults as the first. FFX blamed it on their courier but it was obvioulsy a manufacturing fault. Despite this I would order from this company again.
Managed to find a product (not a bottle of alcohol) that I couldn't get anywhere else so was pleased. Unfortunately the shipping cost was high. If Amazon can ship such items for free I beleive the shipping cost could have been much more competitive. My product arrived in good condition but the box was way oversized (I assume the box is usually used for bottles of alcohol) which probably was the cause the high shipping cost so that was a shame. From a green perspective it would be nice if the size of the packaging was sensibly chosen, the shipping costs would be lower and it probably wouldn't have been so costly.
