I bought 10kg's of charcoal and a chimney lighter for a friends 50'th Birthday celebration. I received multiple emails about tickets launched and resolved (no idea) and then was contacted to say the items would be 5-7 working days. Bearing in mind these items where ordered nearly two weeks in advance and available at time of purchase. Through out the waiting period, the items where still showing 'in stock' on the website, as they where when I specifically purchased them. Needless to say, the items tuned up on the day I had left for the celebration, meaning a double purchase on route. If you don't have it in stock, say so. Its not rocket science.
Not the best way to inspire repeat custom.
