poor customer service, unreliable delivery dates, hard to return items

I ordered an Asus Memo Pad for a Xmas present for my daughter at the start of December and after 2 weeks, nothing had arrived. On the 16th December I logged in to see it was still getting processed. Didn't want to risk a disappointed girl on Xmas day so phoned the support line (took 24 mins) to cancel and was told I had to email to cancel.

Promptly did this and went to [external reference] to buy one off the shelf. Then 2 days later I get an email asking me to reconsider and they'd chuck in a card reader. No thanks.

Still cancelled but then I started getting emails on the 22nd telling me the item has been despatched. It arrived on Xmas eve.

Have been unable to get a response as to how I return the item.

This company is terrible. Here's what I think they do:

>> Offer items at cheaper than competitor prices.
>> Take your money and then use it buy the item from a third party.
>> This then gets shipped from the third party.
>> They make the telephone line you have to phone as expensive as possible and keep you waiting for ages because they make money on each call.
>> They make it as difficult as possible to return an item in the hope you just won't bother.
>> Their terms and conditions state that you can only return an item within 30 days of delivery so they keep you hanging around as long as possible so you fall outwith the 30 days and can't return
>> You are returning the item to Hong Kong so it'll cost loads to send.
>> I bet they keep you hanging for ages to get the refund.

I REALLY WISH I HADN'T BEEN PERSUADED TO BUY FROM THEM, CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF WHY THE BEST PRICE ISN'T ALWAYS THE CHEAPEST.

speedy service and tremendous quality

I got Andrew from printing.com to design and print business cards for my brother-in-law's startup business.

The cards he delivered were amazing quality and looked awesome. They really gave the impression of a business that had been established for some time and I know this will help my bro-in-law grow his business.

I have used Andrew Clarke from printing.com on a number of occasions and really have no need to go elsewhere for my printing needs. Andrew has it covered!

Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
