Ive been a customer of justeat for quite a while,not to long ago i placed an order with a local takeaway but before the whole process went through something went wrong with the connection which mean't the takeaway did not recieve my order but payment had gone out of my account,i was rang by a member of there team before i even had a chance to contact them,the problem was dealt with,they emailed me a voucher so i could pay for my order and said how sorry they were and this was at 1 in the morning ,obviously they are dedicated to helping customers,very pleased,highly recommened :)
