My order was picked incorrectly but I made one call to Havens and it was sorted! I spoke to Lisa, who checked the items were available then called me back to confirm they would be delivered the next day. She called again to check the delivery address as it would be a Saturday delivery and she wanted to check I would be at my work address to receive the goods. Superb customer service
