Bad and unreliable delivery service

Their much vaunted delivery service claimed to reliably predict delivery hour (20th March 10:27 t0 11.27). Nothing arrived, and I sent emails querying, but received no response. At 4pm I had to go out, but someone else was available, no delivery arrived.
The following day, with no explanation or apology, I received another email advising delivery 10:31 to 11:31 but this email was sent an hour earlier. What is the use of that?
The package did arrive in that period. This is no better than saying "Delivery in 3 to 4 days, at our discretion. Make your own arrangements" I also emailed Ocean Lighting, but similarly had no response.

FYI Just checked our Email account you sent no emails to say you had an issue with delivery you may of received a message from DPD courier. and if the customer is not at home or if there delivery route has a problem then they sometimes and this is rarely they will rearrange for the following day if you had of contacted us via email or telephone we would of chased DPD for you as this is our policy and how we run the business customer comes first, and if the customer has a problem we are on it Asap....Simples... so to give a 2 star for us sending out the goods (6 x 25w bulbs) on the same day you placed the order is a bit Poor going. surely this should be 3-4 star if you are taking into account the Courier 1 day delay.
