I paid for an order costing $6,486.10, after testing the items they appeared to be fake so i didn't want to sell them, they wasn't doing there job at all, it took 2 months for the seller to agree a return with DHgate customer service helping, for them the seller to say i only returned 100pcs not 1560pcs that i actually returned, the website agreed with him and refunded me $465 and released the payment of $6,001.10 to the seller when i had already returned the item and proved this with many photo graphs before it being sent, it cost me £98 to return them and i only got refunded $485, costing me well over £4,000!!
The website garuentee 100% refunds, yet i've had 3 cases open in total for poor quality items and in all 3 of these cases DHgate has agreed with the seller losing me money, but only about £200 each time until now!! costing me over £4,000!!!
Avoid this site at all costs!!! 90% of the items are fake items with a brand on them which is illegal to sell anywhere in the world apart from China! really cheap and poor quality, many customers complain about the proof quality, if you return them the seller's lie!!
Lost everything ordered, took 3 weeks for next day delivery
Kept changing the delivery date as they lost the items but wouldn't say!

They said they can't handle how busy they are with all the items and they expect to lose some, they are a delivery company that's what they do!! They shouldn't be losing stuff! They can't handle it

Boxes came all damaged! Foot prints on box with dinning table in! Smashed glass
All boxes looked trashed, when they delivered them they didn't care what was in them, dropped em, chucked em down
