Had very quick and efficient service by Parts Gateway. Had multiple offers from various suppliers, one offerring new part required. Placed order within 24 hours for that part and got confirmation of order and then of item dispatched, delivery quoted as next day and to be signed for. Waited in but no arrival, nor the next day. Contacted supplier and given Royal Mail Parcel Service track and trace ref. no. On checking with RM the quoted ref. no. was only for track & trace, not next day delivery and the sevice only notifies when the parcel has been delivered, so much for track and trace. One week later item still not arrive. Contacted supplier and received refund as they said they had no more in stock. Frustratingly i didn't want the refund, I needed the item.
