GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED, BUT THE ONLY WAY TO GET THROUGH WAS VIA SALES AND BEG THEM TO GET CS TO CONTACT ME-
Would not really suggest even trying to contact customer services- I have been on hold 3 times this morning for over 20 minutes each time, have given up as its not a Freephone number, emailed them twice, no reply. I don't think that its actually manned
They have an order tracking page but it is next to useless
Never got email or text to confirm delivery- as stated on homepage.
All I want to know is will my goods be delivered today- if not, what do I do?
I have also noted all the worldstore comments on here simply say they will be in touch shortly- almost automated reply to look like there is a glimmer of hope, andno one has edited the comments to say it was sorted out!!
