customer service is crazy-

UPDATE
GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED, BUT THE ONLY WAY TO GET THROUGH WAS VIA SALES AND BEG THEM TO GET CS TO CONTACT ME-
Would not really suggest even trying to contact customer services- I have been on hold 3 times this morning for over 20 minutes each time, have given up as its not a Freephone number, emailed them twice, no reply. I don't think that its actually manned

They have an order tracking page but it is next to useless
Never got email or text to confirm delivery- as stated on homepage.
All I want to know is will my goods be delivered today- if not, what do I do?

I have also noted all the worldstore comments on here simply say they will be in touch shortly- almost automated reply to look like there is a glimmer of hope, andno one has edited the comments to say it was sorted out!!

I am really sorry that you struggled to get hold of us. Our contact centre has been very busy recently, especially in the build-up to the Easter break. We are currently working on bringing down the response times on our phone lines as well as improving our online tracking system.

I will be in touch shortly to discuss the order and the problems you have had. We do take complaints very seriously and can assure you that we do call customers to resolve their complaints, we are reliant on our customers editing the comments to say we have called or resolved the problem.
