After waiting at home on three separate occasions an engineer eventually came out at 9pm (I'd been waiting since 6pm) to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating and the weather is awful. The engineer stayed an hour (spent most of the time on his laptop), told me it was th condense trap which he cleared and then told me it was fixed. Within 12 hours the boiler wasn't working again!! When I called wefixnow they said they would call me back. They didn't. I had to call them again. They then said that there'd were obviously other things wrong with the boiler and I'd have to pay to get the engineer to come out again!!! Don't understand this as why didn't the original engineer just do his job properly and check the whole boiler to see what the problem was? He has done nothing and I know have to find someone else to come round and pay again. Wefixnow take no responsibility and won't even offer me my money back. This means not only am I out of pocket but I also have to take another half day to wait for another engineer. Really poor and disappointing customer service. Don't use them. I am also writing to OFT about this ad it's not fair.
