Poor customer service. Don't believe their salesmen.

We brought a sona 3 piece and foot stool in mink. The sales people are very good at the first point of sale. However that is where the good service ends. No body seems to be bothered about returning calls. When all the sofa eventually arrived we were happy, that was until after a week of little use it looks hammered. Even after re-fluffing it every evening it looks very second hand. I know it was cheap but if I'd know that after 10 minutes sat on it it would need replumping I would have looked else where. We also had the misfortune to have wanted to exchange part of our order for a different piece. This had led to a lot of time wasted on the phone and instore. The original size of credit note got changed and despite having paper work with this figure it is now not being honoured. What a cheap sofa? Go else where.
