As I was ordering from Ireland & needed the delivery sent next day, the item was in stock and absolutely hassle free uploading my order & payment online.
I spoke with the team over the phone on a couple of small questions and they were very professional, helpful and friendly. In comparison to other suppliers within the same range of products, they were not a patch on ProCook which I had no hesitation informing them of that fact. Futhermore I recommended that they could do with gaining some tips on customer service from you.

In my opinion, how one is spoken to on the phone as a potential/current customer is a major factor on the difference of you gaining return custom or losing not one but many others from your business.
