RE:SCAM!!!

The bank did NOT charge back ... it did it 1 day and returned the money after. I guess you know this better. And also, I have a written official legalized letter from the bank stating this, that the money returned to you after the charge back.


TOTAL SCAM!

I will also send my Complaint Referral Form to FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center if you do not solve this.

I have bought 2 chairs in november 2012 and they were supposed to be delivered in mai 2013. In my account my order is not more available.
I tried to contact infurn several times and i never got an answer.

Now my money is gone and also my order - SCAM!

Thank you for your comments. I have investigated the matter and found the following:

Your order was placed on 26 December 2012 and this was confirmed as per your email dated 13 January 2013. You requested your order cancelled and within the 30 day refund period as stated in our terms and condition,you instructed your credit card provider to charge back the amount to your credit card, which was actioned by your card provider on 11 February 2013.

Your comments in regards to a scam are defamatory,as you are aware your order was cancelled and the amount charged back to your credit card.

If you have not received your charge back, I would ask you contact your credit card provider to investigate this matter.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
