So, I placed an order for an iPhone 5 at Carphone warehouse last Saturday (23/3/13). I accidentally got it delivered in store, so promptly rang Carphone warehouse to change this, ( which I thought they had! ) however, it came to Monday, and I had no delivery, so contacted Carphone warehouse and realised my delivery address hadn't been changed in the end and was still scheduled to be delivered in store. However YODEL couldn't manage to deliver a parcel from their wrexham service centre to the wrexham Carphone warehouse store ( 7 minutes away!! ).
Then today (28/3/13) I received a phone call from Carphone warehouse telling me that YODEL have LOST my parcel (containing a very expensive iPhone 5 and SIM card) how a delivery service can lose a parcel I do not know! So I now have to go through a huge long process because of their appalling service to re-order another phone to get delivered to my house by them... (Which will be next week now!) however, the thought of them handling my iphone 5 is just the last thing i want! This delivery service is just putting a bad name to Carphone warehouse which is totally unacceptable and I am astonished that they are still using them.
Get YODEL delivery removed from these big name companies! Losing their stock is just unacceptable and absolutely appalling!! Never want to have to use them again!
