cancelation of appointments

I HAD LASER EYE SURGERY LAST YEAR AND FOUND OPTICAL EXPRESS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EVERYTHING TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD.ON THAT BASIS I BOOKED A FREE CONSULTATION WITH THEM FOR MY SON AND DAUGHTER TO HAVE THEIR EYES DONE.BUT I HAVE BEEN LET DONE VERY BADLY BY OPTICAL EXPRESS BECAUSE THEY HAVE CANCELLED AGREED DAYS AND TIMES ON 3 OCCASIONS ON 1 WE HAD LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE.I HAVE BOOKED TIME OFF WORK AND MY SON AND DAUGHTER HAVE LOST PAY BECAUSE OF THIS.SO I SHALL BE LOOKING ELSE WHERE TO HAVE THIS DONE AND SHALL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANY MORE OF MY FAMILY.

I am glad to hear that you are happy with your laser eye surgery experience, but obviously disappointed to hear about the experience of your son and daughter.
