I previously purchased Bordlerands 2 from GMG without any problems. However, my most recent purchase of the BIoshock Infinite preorder bundle and the Bioshock NA Season pass has been, to date, the worst customer service experience I can remember in recent memory.
The products were promised to arrive by the 26th of March, which was the release date. Today is the 28th of March and I have not received any of my product keys with the exception of the NA Season Pass. The key with the NA Season Pass is useless unless I have the key for the original game.
I've now opened two customer support tickets that have gone unanswered. Best part: when you complain on their forums, if you use a "bannable" word, they will ban you without any notice. No e-mail sent to your account e-mail, no statement, nothing. Logging into your username will only result in a 500 Server Error. I particularly love how they also posted on their forums informing all customers that the issues had been "resolved." Meanwhile, users who still don't have their purchased game are having to open new topics just to be seen.
Green Man Gaming is a joke to work with. If you want deals on video games, don't just go somewhere else, run there. Steam, Amazon, and GOG are a few of the retailers among many who DO offer great customer support. GMG is just the British version of Origin.
