clothes dirty for 2/3 weeks

ordered the washing machine on the 24 of February,was given first e mail on the 1st of march claiming there was a high demand for this product but everything was in hand,over a week later still no news or e mail,i phoned U/A and informed them that i was having a complete new kitchen fitted and had no washing machine and that the kitchen fitters where only paid to a certain date. where i was promised a date of the 13 or the 15 of march,no official e mail.13/15 went still no machine,i again contacted U/A on the 21st of march and informed the person that i was having to pay extra to the fitters to come back and fit the machine,to which again i was informed that it could arrive sat 23 or 25/26 march but i was promised a phone call informing me when this would happen ,again no phone call. i then received e mail on the 22nd of march saying that the item was booked in with U/As delivery department and to expect delivery on the 25th of march ,to which surprise /surprise it finally arrived.
I SAVED ON THE ITEM ON THE WEB COMPARED TO THE HIGH STREET,BUT IT COST ME A LOT MORE WAITING ONE MONTH AND HAVING TO PAY EXTRA TO MY KITCHEN FITTER TO RETURN AND FIT ,BETTER OFF DEALING WITH HIGH STREET COMPANIES.
