Optical Express

The Laser Eye Surgery was excellent and the aftercare, customer service team are rubbish!

I would recommend Laser Eye Surgery to anyone as I think the expense is really worth it. However, I did receive one set of vouchers to offer to friends and family so they could get money off and I could earn money for telling them to go to Optical Express. I contacted Optical Express in January/February asking why I don't receive them any more and inquiring as to why the website can't find my details so I can't log on to do it this way either. This is very irritating as I know someone that is seriously considering laser eye surgery! I contacted the customer service team by phone and by e-mail and about a month later, possibly more, no one as got back to me! I'm sure it says at most 5 days waiting time... Very disappointing customer service!

Thanks for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We have received a lot of feedback from our patients who commented that they would prefer that we issue their ‘Refer a Friend’ vouchers online rather than via traditional post. As the feedback of our patients is crucial to us, we listened to them and moved to an online-only system, launching very successfully in early January with very few issues arising during this time. I am, therefore, disappointed to hear that you were unable to access the system and have not received a response to your request.
