half way there

i placed my order, it was despatched and arrived on time... however the wrong item arrived, being as i was leaving the country the following day have accepted a £10 refund but with their mistake costing me £120 to reorder the item i needed in the first place feel a little let down....

Direct Golf

not a great first order

driver and 3 wood are great but direct golf could do better. placed my order and the days went by, called them, they said it hadn't been sent from their office yet and told me it would be done that day, i asked for tracking info, the following day, called them for the tracking info that hadn't been sent.... finally my £270 of clubs arrived, without head covers.... called them again, they tell me they were not sent for some reason, and that they are now being sent out.... it has taken 3 phone calls and a fair while on hold but with any luck i will have the clubs i ordered with their head covers by the end of the month. the clubs were a gift from my partner, all the hastle has detracted from the gesture, will think twice about using direct golf in the future.


great service in store and online

the store has most things in stock to try on and the online service is fast and refunds/ exchanges are never an issue. ride for the daily commute and have used them for everything since i started out. never any issues and not a bad word for em.
