Worst company EVER

Bought a laptop, wasn't right for me so returned it the same day

First they refused the return. After a complaint email they accepted it but charged me £56 for re-stocking.

Distance selling regulations clearly don't apply to this company

AVOID Ebuyer!!

Gutted I have to give them 1 star, they don't deserve it. Customer lost.

I apologise for any annoyance caused by your experience with Ebuyer.

Due to the laptop being purchased on a business account and returned to us open, you have been charged a re-stocking fee.

As this was a business to business sale, we do not have to accept the item back unless it is faulty. On this occasion we have accepted the item back from you.

I have been informed that you have been offered a different resolution from our complaints team. Please reply to us via your complaint so this can be resolved.

No customer service

After asking mobilefun to price match another site they agreed but then charged the full amount to my card. I emailed to complain twice and have not had an answer. Poor service, I will not shop with them in future.

Sent in my iphone, quote £122 and only received £50.00

Claimed that there was a line on the LCD screen which there wasn't when I posted it!

Hi Peter - Thanks for your review and sorry to hear your comments. I can confirm that the phone we received had lines through the LCD screen and was therefore classed as non-working. We emailed you a revised non-working offer with the option to have the phone returned free of charge. We also attempted to contact you by phone but there was no answer and no option to leave a voicemail. I hope this helps.
