Hair with your combo, anyone?

Ordered a deal, got a pizza and combo, I told the man on the phone Im paying by card, the delivery guy didn't bring the machine, had to stand there with driver and call the shop to pay by phone, the machine in the shop wasnt working. Agreed to a callback later to pay, took food in, halfway through combo I spot a short dark hair stuck to some food. Felt sick. Phoned and complained. The guy didnt seem helpful and eventually offered to replace the combo. I don't actually want their food anymore but that was all he was willing to do. So I'm waiting for that to arrive and ill give the driver their hairy food back. Will NOT be ordering from the palmers green north London branch again.

Didn't receive the order

Although I did get a refund i was told to wait 7 days longer as my order and still didn't return.
I have amended this as boohoo.com gave me a future 25% discount and free next day delivery.

Our UK Saver orders usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days, however this service is estimated and we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive within this timescale.

Unfortunately on this occasion the courier company advised us that your parcel was lost in transit. Your full refund was processed straight away.

I hope that you do not judge the company on whole because of this issue and that this does not put you off shopping with us again.
