The website is easily navigated, and after registering your details it takes literally no time at all to get your old mobile phone in the post to them.
I was given a price for the phones before I decided to go ahead, the price I'd add was met completely. There are no hidden costs, even the postage was totally free and easily printed from the website - so everything was completed in one day, from ordering to posting!
I was sent email confirmation that they had received the phones, and then a day later was sent another email to say they had been approved and a cheque was in the post to me. I received the cheque the very next day.
From start to finish you know exactly where you stand - the correspondence and service I received was second to none. Such a great service and as a bonus I now have some extra money to put towards something else that is needed.
I highly recommend this website to anyone considering decluttering their drawer of unused phones - you won't be disappointed.
