I upgraded to fibre optic about 5 months ago, and was told I had to agree to a new contract. I am shill waiting for the fibre optic, yet if I leave they want payment for the remaining term of the contract, for line rental, and other parts of the service, yet I only agreed to the upgrade fro the fibre optic. I have complained so many times, and even sent recorded letters which they have received, and to date no reply. The only people you can talk to are from over sea's call centres who do nothing.
