They use clear deferral tactics with a no reply system in place when it comes to modifications or cancellations. I have been waiting for two weeks to get a cancellation responded to that I sent to their official email at email@example.com, instead I keep getting emails stating I am sending to the wrong address while I am sending exactly to that address. Every time I point that out I get another email from them stating exactly the same thing again - that I need to send it to the cancellation address?!
So infuriating! They have no idea what they are doing and rip you off on purpose. Stay AWAY!
