After placing my order for 2 doors on 21st March I received an email the next day saying they had been dispatched with a tracking code to track the delivery from XDP - then nothing! I logged onto the website to track the order and by 29th it just said 'Print' - whatever that means?. I tried to ring the number given to find my local depot and the first few times the phone was switched off, when I tried to email customer services at XDP my email was returned 'undeliverable' I eventually spoke to someone who said he'd look into it and call me back but as yet hasn't. I'll try to contact the depot again after Easter. I can't rate the product as I haven't received it yet but have rated the delivery service & suggest Worldstores change their delivery company as I doubt I will order from a Worldstores company again - Sorry!
