Ordered a number of items for style and size. The items were returned by collect plus on 31 st August. As I had not been refunded the money I e mailed them and got a very nice email back from Nicola saying she would look into it. I heard nothing so again emailed and got a very nice helpful reply from amber but once again I heard nothing.
Two days ago after a lot of searching I found the customer services tel no and have rung them now 3 times. Each time I get fobbed off with the warehouse are checking for the box and that someone will ring me back but no one ever does. I am now getting increasingly concerned as the value of the missing goods is over £600 and I need this money to be refunded ASAP. I have my proof of returns.
My daughters and myself have used asos a great deal and have never ad any problems before I even recommended them to a number of friends. I would NEVER recommend them and will NOT be shopping with them again. Steer clear is my advice.

After suffering a fall and breaking my wrist whilst skiing, I soon realised that this was nothing compared to the stress I was made to suffer through Insure and Go. This company have gone out of their way to get out of paying my claim even though my policy covers me. Firstly they wouldn't pay for the taxi that we had to take to get us from the hospital back to resort even though there was no other way of getting back up the mountain. They conveniently lost the receipt for my ski and boot hire which I had to send again. Finally they will not pay for the loss of lift pass use as we have no evidence to show which days the pass was used. I forwarded the receipt but they say this isn't good enough. I had my accident on day 2 so it's not difficult to work out how many days i didn't use it but no they need evidence something which I cannot provide.
All in all I have lost somewhere in the region of £170 and as I am a student it's money I don't have and have had to borrow to pay the medical bill. To say I am annoyed is an understatement. I would urge anyone going away to avoid this company and stick with a more reputable one.
