I bought a mobile phone which was advertised as 'unlocked'. It wasn't, and unlocking cost me another £35. I emailed Cashconverters about this but have still received no reply. Other than that the phone was unmarked and the initial service pretty good. Just a shame that what happened afterwards hasn't brought any kind of apology, let alone refund.
