Years ago i recomended MyProtein to a lot of friends and people in the gym. Prices were more than reasonable, products were good quality and despatch/delivery was quick.
After a little break of dealing with MyProtein i decided to give them another shot. All address details were given but once despatch email came through important details of the address were missed off. As i expected no goods turned up. Tried to speak to MyYodel which i will never deal with again. I was told that they were signed for by someone I'd never heard of. Then after a while they told me they wouldn't help me any more and that i need to contact MyProtein. It took 3 messages to get a response from MyProtein. Even after this response it was just to tell me the same information of problems that i had reported. Even a second response days later sounds like the customer service could not be bothered to read the problem details correctly! Feels like the company has got too big and forgotten the basics.
Really not happy with the service I've received. The only part that's gone smoothly so far is taking the money from me! Will never deal with the company again. Unfortunately can't even see the matter being solved any time soon.
